UR Solar respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your mobile number
- Your city
- Your monthly electric bill amount, if you choose to give it
If you email or message us, or send us your electric bill, we also receive what you include. An electric bill may show your address, account number, and electricity use. Please send only what we need to prepare your estimate.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and arrange your consultation
- To review your consumption and site, and prepare your estimate or proposal
- To follow up about your request
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations
We process this information because you asked us to act on your request, and because the law requires us to keep certain records. We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles your information
We share your information only with those who help us run this website and respond to you:
- Web3Forms delivers the consultation form to our email inbox and keeps a stored copy of each submission.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and handles basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to run and protect it.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
These providers may process information outside the Philippines. We may also disclose information when the law or a government authority requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a customer, to serve you and meet our legal and tax obligations. After that, we delete it securely.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you follow our links to Facebook or Messenger, Facebook's own privacy policy applies.
How we protect it
This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to assist you. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your information is used
- Access your information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Object to processing, or withdraw your consent
- Ask us to erase or block your information
- Get a copy of your information in a portable format
- Claim damages, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission
